For the last five years, Suidice Commando’s Mind Strip has been in my alarm clock/CD player. Down side is that now I can’t listen to the first song on that CD without getting an involuntary annoyed reaction like I’ve just been woken up from a deep sleep. Been meaning to swap it out for a while now but simply never remember to.
If I wake up to music it is the girl who lives beside me and the music is leaking through the outlet.. but she is a really good kid and the music is never that bad so I never really mind. I woke up to it today!… but I just switched my head with my feet and went back to sleep…
I wake up to my puppies, which is the happiest thing ever, even when it’s a little earlier than I’d like. Also, I’m coming to Seattle soon!! My husband Jim is there right now for 8 weeks doing an internship, and I’m going out to visit him from June 21 to the 27. We will obviously be spending what time we can together, but he still has to work during the day, so I would love to hang out with you! Even if you are not available during the day, I would love to spend one of my evenings there with you! Just let me know. 🙂
A screeching alarm clock or a cat kneeding my face.
I can’t wake up to music, sadly.
Lately, it’s been Martina Topley Bird, though I tend to wake up before the alarm goes off.

a 2yr old going “meh!”
I’ve got a Moonbeam alarm clock that flashes a light, it wakes me slowly and without the “OMG WTF now” that streaming NPR audio on the Chumby used to.
However, when I am really tired, it just makes me dream of flashing things.
At my house, the news (sadly). At the boy’s, lately it’s been A Shoreline Dream. Sometimes Alias.
I wake up to Christian radio. It compels me to get out of bed if only to turn it off.
That’s hilarious. I listen to Christian radio or right-wing political stations on long drives to keep me alert (and pissed off).
Lately it’s been ‘So Much Love’ By good ole’ Rocket Summer.
NPR’s local classical music station.
That was me… Don’t know why LJ decided to suddenly log me out. >_>
My cell phone alarm wakes me up by saying “Rise From Your Grave.”
mozart and mews!
EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE *smack*
(nine minutes pass)
EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE EEEE
Anything less and it’s not “waking up to” so much as “continuing to sleep through.”
sometimes music…

Lately it’s the whining of a puppy who needs to be let outside to do his business. But it’s not that bad, really. I mean, c’mon, *puppy*!
AIDS
The Hallelujah Chorus (this is Grace, btw)
coming there soon!

That is so badass I’m inspired to follow suit.
Lately I’ve been waking up to Bolt Thrower. Melts my brain right out of bed.
